Jacket-Forever 21 // Jeans-Tillys // Booties-Lucky Brand
You guys! My favorite season is here! I am so so excited its finally fall, and no not because of anything pumpkin spice. The weather is amazing and the leaves are changing and that means its time to pull out all the sweaters, and scarves, and leggings, and boots. Fall outfits are my absolute favorite to style, so this year I’ve put together a bunch of different looks for fall and today I’m sharing the first outfit.
I recently picked up this light washed denim jacket and I love it so much! its surprisingly really soft and comfy. I paired it with a plain white tee, black distressed jeans (which are my new favorite pants), and some brown booties. I wore it for just a day of errands and shopping with Jake and it was perfect 🙂
Hope you all are having a good weekend!
Nevada County Fair 2016 was my favorite fair experience so far! It was really low-key. We basically ate our way through our sunday evening. My usual favorite (Jobs corn dogs) just didn’t cut it this year 🙁 so we got some food we don’t normally eat. It was all so so good. My favorite was that sandwhich! Other than eating we walked around and looked at all the exhibits, got matching dinosaur tattoos, took our annual Photo Booth pictures and played some bingo! Jake won 2 times in a row! Happy Friday and I hope you all have a fabulous weekend!
In honor of school starting this week I wanted to share some supplies that I picked up from Target. (& the water bottle is from Victorias Secret) My must haves are of course a planner, eos chapstick, a water bottle & cute pens or pencils. And then I also bought a 3 subject notebook, so I can have all my notes in one place, some file folders for organizing and paperclips because you know… they were a dollar…and pink. Oh and a sketch book since I’m taking a drawing class!
I am actually starting school on Monday and I am super weirdly excited and i’ll tell you why. If you know me, you know that I’ve always wanted to work with children. I think I decided when I was basically a child myself but I stuck with it most of my life so far. I’ve been a babysitter, volunteered in classrooms, coordinated children birthday parties, been a nanny and taught preschool for a few years. Well I’ve recently changed my mind. So heres to hoping the third time really is the charm! Videography/Multimedia degree here I come!
Thanks for reading guys! Have a good day! xoxo
A while ago Jake and I spent a night in San Fransisco! Jake had to be there for work so he was busy for the day but the evening was such a blast! We stayed at the Grant Plaza Hotel and we could see into China town from our window. That night we walked all of China town, down through the Financial district and then over to Union Square. We thought it would be fun to do a progressive dinner along the way, so we ate appetizers at Ramen Underground and then our main course at Piraat Pizza. The bread sticks were so yummy, they were basically just cheese pizza, but the BEST cheese pizza. And then we ended up being too full for dessert and also tired because I think we finished dinner at about 10 pm and had walked a few miles haha.
It was only one night but I absolutely loved every minute of it. It was like a little taste of living in New York City. And NYC is so much bigger, and has so much more to see and do, I just think it would be super fun to live there. Definitely not forever but like 3 months or something would be such an experience!
Anyways thanks for reading!

On Sunday Jake and I went on a day date to the Home and Garden show and it was really laid back which made it super fun. We walked around and looked at all the vendors, ate super yummy gyros, and met some Alpacas! They were so fluffy and cute and I just wanted to hug them! We stopped at this pomegranate stand and they let us taste test a ton of pomegranate jams, jellies, balsamics and steak rubs. I had no idea pomegranate could come in so many different flavors and ALL be delicious! So I hope your guys are having a wonderful week and thanks for reading! 🙂
